Marinate the chicken with salt red chilli powder oil and garam masala powder,keep it aside for 30 minutes

Now peel off the Potatoes cut into halves

Heat oil and fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Now add oil and ghee

Add onion slices saute well till it become golden brown

Add ginger garlic paste and saute adding salt and turmeric powder

Add the marinated chicken and saute

Cover it and cook stirring occasionally

Now add tomatoes and red chilli powder and mix

Add potatoes and combine well

Now add hot water and simmer covering it

Finally add sugar and garam masala powder

Serve it with rice or chapati
