Steps

Cut the seekh kababs in two pieces & shallow fry them on medium heat in a fry pan. keep them aside in a dish.

For gravy: heat oil in a deep pan. add bay leaves. once they change colour add ginger garlic paste, dry masalas(redchilli,coriander,turmeric, garam masala powder) & cook for few seconds.
add water, onion paste & let the gravy simmer on meduim heat for few minutes. - 3
Once the oil floats on top add the fried seekh kababs & mix well. chk for salt.
garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with roti or steam rice.
