Tri-colour rawa Idli

First of all take bowl add semolina & curd, salt to it.mix well. Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.

After 1/2 an hour put 2 cup of water in idli steamer or cooker. And grease idli plate with oil

Now add 3/4 tsp baking soda in idli batter & mix with light hands. Pour the batter in idli stand with small laddle & garnish with tomato, chilli & pomegranate seeds as shown in picture

Keep idli stand in steamer or cooker & cook for 10-15 minutes. First 5 minutes for medium flame and 10 minutes slow Flame. After that take out idli stand.

Our tricolour idlis are ready to eat. Serve with sambar.
