For Orange Paneer

In a bowl mix all the ingredients and now add paneer gently. Cover and keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour

For white paneer

In a bowl, add malai, cream, cashewnut powder, ginger paste, salt as per taste, chopped coriander, chopped green chilli, kasoori methi, besan and sugar.

Mix the ingredients really well. Crush saunf, cardamom and black pepper

Add the crushed spices to the marinate and mix well.

Add the paneer pieces for marination.
Cover the bowl, and let it rest for an hour. - 8
For Green Paneer

Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies with the lemon juice to get a paste.
Cut the paneer into medium sized cubes. - 10
Cut the paneer into medium sized cubes.
In a bowl, add the green paste, yogurt, ginger paste, gram flour, chat masala, garam masala and salt and mix well. - 11
Add oil and now add paneer cubes and mix thoroughly so that the paneer cubes are well coated with the green mixture.

Keep aside for marination for at least one hour in the fridge.

After an hour, mix the paneer once again gently and then skewer the paneer pieces along with veggies.

In a hot non - stick frying pan place the skewers and butter and cook it on medium flame.

Turn the tikkas gently every 10-15 seconds and are evenly cooked.

Let the paneer become golden brownn
Serve it with chutney
