Boiled potato,peel and mass.

Heat ghee in a pan,add cumin seed soute untill crakled,add garlic and saute, add onion untill golden brown then add turmeric powder,salt.

Add tomato,green chilli,ginger and Coriander powder,kasmiri chilli powder and cooked until tomato pulpy.

Add potato and cooked with water.finish with chop Coriander.

Garnish with Coriander sprit and jullien ginger.

Atta mix With Ajwin, Salt and Little Oil Mix Well and Make a Tight Dough..Keep in freeze for 20 Min.
