Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlGhee Leftover
  2. 1/2 bowlMilk
  3. 2-4 spoonsSuji
  4. to tasteSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the leftover till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add Milk & Sugar.. and mix it very well

  3. 3

    Now start putting sugar and mix

  4. 4

    Mix and check for 8-10 mints.. The milk cake is almost done

  5. 5

    Take a plate, spread ghee and put the mixture on it.. Let it cool

  6. 6

    Refrigerate it for 30 mints & cut the pieces.. put it in bowl..

  7. 7

    Enjoy the sweet is ready
