Steps

Add ndengu to the chopped onions, coriander leaves and a little oil then cook for 3 mins

Add the egg white then flour plus black pepper, paprika and salt until it's firm enough.

Heat oil in a cooking pot till very hot. Then deep fry the in form of small balls till golden brown

Remove from heat and serve
