Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsChicken mince
  2. 1/2 tspSalt
  3. 1 cupLong grain rice
  4. 1 tspChopped garlic
  5. 1 tspChopped red chilli
  6. 1 tbspchopped green onion
  7. 1chopped spring onion
  8. 1 tspcrushed black pepper
  9. 3-4Cabbage leaves
  10. as neededEdible green and orange colour

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice for 3-4 hours

  2. 2

    Drain the water and divide the rice into three parts

  3. 3

    In one part mix green colour and in the other part add orange colour..keep the other part as it is

  4. 4

    Mix chicken mince,salt,black pepper,red chilli,chopped garlic,spring onion and chopped onion together

    Make small balls from the mixture

  6. 6

    Now roll these balls on the soaked rice and arrange in a steamer on some cabbage leaves to avoid sticking to the pan

  7. 7

    Steam these balls in a steamer for 15-20 mins

  8. 8

    Serve with schezwan sauce or chutney
