Method----
To prepare the white layer rice
Heat oil in a wok,add the cumin seeds.once it starts crackling,add the onion in to it and saute for a while add the paneer pieces and stir for a while make sure it does not change it's colour,once it is fried enough,immediately add the cooked rice to it along with the salt and toss slightly the white layer of rice is ready. - 2
To prepare orange layer rice
In the same wok.add oil and cumin seeds,once it starts spluttering,add the ginger-garlic paste to it and saute for a while,add the tomato puree,salt,red chilli,and let it cook for around 2-3 min,add the cooked rice and toss well untill u get nice orange colour rice,take a bowl and brush some oil over it and transfer the orange layer of rice into it,using a spatula,flatten the rice and make and even layer. - 3
To prepare the green layer rice
In the same wok heat oil add ginger-garlic paste saute for a while,add the spinach puree and cook for a while,add salt garam masala and lemon juice and mix well lastly,add the last layer of rice to it and toss well to get a nice green coloured layer,also add some coriander leaves and mix well - 4
To assemble-----
In bowl which contains the orange layer of rice,add the white layer of rice and flatten it to form an even layer,then add the green layer rice and even it out using a spatula then turn the bowl upside down on a plate the delicious Tiranga Pullav is ready to be served.
