  4. Rice (quantity of choice)
  5. Yeast
  6. Cooked rice
  7. Vegetables oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    What you need to do before preparing this delicacy.
    *. Soak the soft rice for 3 hours, the Boil some rice, close to a
    handful when done, Cut the onions into tiny pieces and set aside.First blend together the cooked rice and the soaked rice till it becomes smooth, then add the onions, sugar and salt and the yeast mix thoroughly and allow to rise.

    Set a heat on medium, and place a frying pan or a non-stick frying pan on the heat, After that, grease the pan with little amount of oil and allow to be hot before adding some batter to it.

  3. 3

     soon as the greased pan is hot, pour some batter into the pan with a deep Spartula fry on medium heat till the upside is golden brown, do the same to the other side till it turns golden
    brown too. Or You can decide to fry only one side if you wish.
