Mash the banana well,any banana will do.

Add sugar and give a good stir and add the egg.

Keep stirring till the egg yolk well mixed.

Pour in the milk, starting adding the dry ingredients one by one.

Make a good batter not so thick, little loose,add water little by little.

Heat a non stick frying pan and pour a spoonful batter.

Let cook one side,turn upside down till done.

Best eaten with jam and peanut butter,can top with cheese spread or Hershey,as your choice....
