  1. 1 cuphung curd
  2. 200 gmspaneer(cubed)
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspkashmiri chilli powder
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1 tsppepper powder
  7. Pinchturmeric
  8. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 1 tspoil
  10. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  11. 1Onion (cut into squares)
  12. 1Capsicum (cut into squares)
  13. 1Tomato (deseeded and cut into squares)
  14. 2 tspoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix together curd, chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, oil,Lemon juice,salt.

  2. 2

    Add the paneer and the veggies and marinate for 2hours.

  3. 3

    Insert the paneer and the veggies into bamboo skewers.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan.Place the skewers and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.

  5. 5

    Serve with chutney or sauce.
