Boil ur omena for some few minutes to remove dirt n tu scales.

Rince ur omen in cold water.dry them on low heat until the water is totally dry, add enough oil to dry them.

Once they are golden brown n crunchy add ur onions. Aftr the onions are golden brown add tomatoes n cover so as the they are fully cooked.

Lastly add ur coconut milk n let it boil for some few minutes then serve it hot with ugali
