Steps

To make the dough add ghee in the flour and gently rub with both hands for 10mins or until the ghee mixed with flour.

Slowly add water into the flour and mix it into a medium dough cut the dough into small pieces and cover it with a Muslin cloth

Mean while dry roost sooji in a kadai and low flame until it gets a light brown colour

Once cooled add the remaining ingredients add mix it well

Now roll the cut the flour dough in small puri like shape and stuff with stuffing

Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the purukyas until it become light golden colour
- 7
Serve it hot over a cup of hot tea..
