Masala Peanuts Chaat

Soak the peanuts in water for 30-40 minutes and boil them in pressure cooker for 5-6 minutes until they become tender.
Finely chop the vegetables: tomato, onion, cucumber, green chilies and mint leaves.
In a mixing bowl take chopped tomatoes and add onions in it. - 2
Now heat a nonstick pan.Add two tsps of oil,sauté strained peanuts for five minutes.Allow to get cold.

Cut few mint leaves and add in the bowl.
Now add in pomegranate seeds.
Give a nice mix and combine everything well. - 4
Season the salad with salt as per taste. Mix well.
Now add the boiled,sautéed peanuts. - 5
Also add finely chopped green chilies and squeeze in half a lemon juice.
Mix well and delicious masala peanut chaat is ready. - 6
Very tasty and healthy starter is ready to serve immediately.
