Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 bowlcurd or lassi
  • 2-3 tspspoon besan
  • 1 big size size finerly chopped
  • 1 spoonginger paste
  • 1 spoongarlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • 1 spooncoriander powder
  • as neededCoriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan add oil,add jeera, sautey ginger garlic paste and onion.

  2. 2

    Add besan and lassi.into.a bowl make.thin batter.

  3. 3

    Add this batter into pan and add all spices.

  4. 4

    Cook.it for 10 minutes and serve with rice.
