Ek bowl mein besan flour, tomato pure, tomato ketchup, Red chilli powder, salt, spl Masala 1/2tsp lo aur achhese mix kar lo.

Cooker lo, usme niche paani daalo, aur ek bartan mein ye batter lo.
Cooker ka lid lagake 5-6 siti laga lo. - 3
5-6 siti hone ke baad, batter nikal lo aur 1 tsp oil daalke achhese mix kar lo.

Saaf floor pe brush se batter ko faila do.
(batter thanda hone se pehle faila dena hai) - 5
Ab iske upar grated cheese, white til, aur spl Masala 1/2 tsp sprinkle karlo. Ab Khandvi ko lambi lambi strips kaat lo aur roll kar lo.

Ab ak pan me butter, chilliflaks, mustard seeds ka tadka lagao aur Khandvi Upar pour karo.

Ab serving plate mein cheese tomato Khandvi ke Upar tadka lagao aur tasty dish serve karo.
