Ingredients

40minutes
2 servings
  1. 6-8 piecespaya /trotters
  2. 2small onions
  3. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric
  7. 1 piecelime to squeeze
  8. 1 tspbutter

Steps

40minutes
  1. 1

    Chop onions in thin slices

  2. 2

    Take Paya cleant well from vendors,wash well

  3. 3

    Saute onions in butter,add salt and turmeric

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste

  5. 5

    Saute well add pepper now

  6. 6

    Add trotters/Paya

    Add at least 1ltre water

  8. 8

    Pressure cook at least 40 minutes

  9. 9

    Remove sprinkle little pepper as optional

  10. 10

    Serve hot
