Steps

Mash the chena and Potato well

Add corn flour salt and garam masala powder

Form balls and fry well,keep aside

Now add oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

Saute onion slices and ginger garlic paste and add salt and turmeric powder

Add tomato and red chilli Powder mix well

Add cashew-raisins paste and saute well

Add water and simmer adding the chena balls

Add sugar and garam masala powder and mix

Serve it with rice or paratha
