  • 2 kgbeef stewing pieces
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 2 tbspoxtail powdered soup
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1 teaspoonbarbecue spice
  • 2 cubesbeef stock
  • 1 teaspoonrajah curry powder
  • 2 tbspbeef marinade

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix marinade, beef, sliced garlic and barbecue spice and cook

  2. 2

    When almost cooked add oil, rajah and onion

  3. 3

    In a cup of water add soup stir and beef stock simmer for 20 minutes
