Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add the oil and clarified butter, then mix thoroughly until the dough absorbs all the fat.

It's important to use the exact amounts of oil and clarified butter listed.

Let the dough rest for 6 hours, then start working with it.

Knead the dough with milk as needed, then fill with the prepared filling.

Once all the maamoul are shaped, bake in a preheated oven at medium heat until golden on top and bottom. Set aside to cool, then dust with powdered sugar.
