Ingredients

  1. 1 (30 oz)pkg frozen shredded hashbrowns thawed
  2. 1 (16 oz)container sour cream
  3. 2 cups (8 oz)shredded cheddar cheese
  4. 1 (10 oz)can cream of chicken soup
  5. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tsppepper
  8. 1 stickbutter (melted)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 350 degrees

  2. 2

    In large bowl combine sour cream, cheese, soup, onion, salt and pepper and mix well

  3. 3

    Stir in melted butter

  4. 4

    Fold in thawed hash browns

  5. 5

    Spread evenly in well greased 9x13 baking dish

  6. 6

    Place in 350' oven for 1 hour or until heated through and is golden brown
