This recipe is really simple and has only three ingredients, but it takes some preparation.

Ingredients

  1. 500 gwhite chocolate
  2. 200 gblackberrys
  3. 1 bunchmint

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the white chocolate in a glass bowl over hot water.

  2. 2

    Take a basting brush, and paint a thin layer of whites chocolate around the base and sides of a muffin tin. Place in the freezer to cool.

    Repeat step two at least four times, until the cups are 1/2 cm thick.

  4. 4

    Blend the blackberrys and mint in a blender. Leave to cool in the fridge.

  5. 5

    Carefully peel the pots out of the mold. Place 1tsp of the blackberry compote into each pot.

  6. 6

    Serve with a mint garnish.
