Ingredients

1 (30 oz)pkg frozen shredded hashbrowns thawed
1 (16 oz)container sour cream
2 cups (8 oz)shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz)can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cupchopped onion
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
1 stickbutter (melted)

Steps

Preheat oven 350 degrees

In large bowl combine sour cream, cheese, soup, onion, salt and pepper and mix well

Stir in melted butter

Fold in thawed hash browns

Spread evenly in well greased 9x13 baking dish

Place in 350' oven for 1 hour or until heated through and is golden brown
