  1. 8Roma tomatoes, diced
  2. 1/3 cupchopped fresh basil
  3. 1/4 cupshredded or grated Parmesan cheese
  4. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  5. 1 tbsbalsamic vinegar
  6. 1 tbsOlive oil
  7. 1/4 tbskosher salt
  8. 1/4 tbsground black pepper
  9. 1 loafFrench bread toasted and sliced

    In a small bowl, toss together, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, kosher salt and pepper.
