This is a slight modification of the first recipe I learnt. Over time I added two eggs so it wouldn't be so crumbly.

This is a slight modification of the first recipe I learnt. Over time I added two eggs so it wouldn't be so crumbly.
Steps

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Add dry ingredients to medium size bowl and stir with spoon until blended.

Add liquid ingredients and mix with spoon til liquid is incorporated. Do not over mix.

Divide into muffin tins or pour into square baking pan.
- 5
Bake until top is solid and edges are brown.
