Chicken curry

Clean and marinate chicken with green paste and salt for atleast an hour

Take 1 tsp oil in pan and roast all ingredients under gravy masala

Take care not to burn the spices

When spices leave aroma, cool it and then grind to fine paste

Take a pressure cooker and heat oil add chopped onion when onion becomes translucent add red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste fry for 5 mins

Next add in chopped tomatoes fry till oil seprates

Next add marinated chicken mix well and fry for few minutes next add grinded coconut masala add 1/2 cup of water, some chopped coriander leaves and pressure cook till 1 whistle

Switch off the flame

Once cool open the lid add lemon juice

Remove in bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and fried onion

Serve with rice or roti

U can adjust spice as per ur taste (more or less)

U can prepare same gravy using mutton also
