Steps

Mix both maida and besan with salt as per taste. Add 3 spoon hot oil(moin) in that.Mix it well

Make a tight dow with help of water.

Dry roast coconut, sauf, til, khada dhaniya and jeera

In a mixer jar, add all the dry roast ingredients with little bit red chilli powder, haldi powder and salt according to taste.

Make a rough powder of that

Add jaggery to the tarmind paste

Now take a small ball size dow. Roll it like chapati. A little bit thick. Apply the tarmind paste over it

Now spread the roasted ingredients powder over it. Press it

Now roll it from one side to another. Cut it into pieces just shown in picture

Fry it in hot oil till turns golden and crispy.

Your bhakarwadi is ready. Store it while festive season and enjoy it.
