Ingredients

  • 1 cupmoong dal (soak and ground)
  • 1 tspEno
  • to tastesalt
  • For making syrup for soaking dhokla
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1lemon Juice
  • as neededDahi mix with jeera powder and black salt
  • as neededGreen chutney
  • as neededtamarind chutney

Steps

  1. 1

    First mix salt, Eno, with dal and make dhokla in idli stand.

    For dipping dhokla boil water with salt sugar and lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Now soak dhokla in this water for 30 mins.

    Now put Dahi, tamarind chutney and green chutney on dhokla.

  5. 5

    Top with pomegranate.
