Ingredients

  • 400 gmsBoiled potatoes
  • 100 gmsBoiled green peas
  • 100 gmsBoiled spinach
  • 2 tbspsChopped green coriander
  • 1 tspChopped green chili
  • 1 tbspChopped ginger
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • 2 tbspsCornflour
  • 1 tspJeera & Dhaniya Powder
  • 1 tspGarlic Paste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt As per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and grate boiled potatoes

    Mash boiled green peas

  2. 2

    Chop spinach finely.Squeeze out excess water of spinach

  3. 3

    Mix all the things from ingredient list. Use require cornflour for binding

  4. 4

    Divide the mixture into 20 equal portions. Shape them into a ball and then press it in between your palms to flatten it to make tikkis.

  5. 5

    Deep fry in hot oil or can shallow fry in nonstick pan

  6. 6

    Serve with chutney n sauce
