Peel and boil the potatoes till tender.remove the water and mash till tender

Add the milk,melted margarine and yolk

Mix with a whisk or mwiko till incorporated and soft

Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.preheat oven at 200 degrees

Put your potatoes in a piping bag fitted with rosette nozzle

Pipe two rows of potatoes on the baking tin to act as a bed for the ndengu

Add the ndengu

Pipe another two rows to close up
- 9
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven till brown.wait to cool before removing from parchment
