I'm a person that normally hates carrots but these I love. You can barely taste the carrot flavour.
Steps

Start by peeling and cutting the carrots lengthways and then into quarters. You can cut them into halves aswell but I choose not to.

Next, steam the carrots for 5-7 minutes. I like mine less tender so I steam mine for about 10-12 minutes instead.

Once cooked to your liking allow to drain and cool. Then transfer to a plate lined with kitchen roll. Lightly pat dry the carrots.

In a small bowl mix the honey, salt, olive oil and black pepper. Coat the carrots with the mixture and gently stir to make sure all the carrots are covered.

Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Pre-heat oven to 200c

Next place the carrots onto the greaseproof paper ensuring that the carrots are spaced out on the tray.

Oven bake for 15-30 minutes. You can bake them for as little or as long as you like, it's really a Personal preference, I like mine quite well done and slightly crunchy so I bake them for longer.
