Ingredients

  • 250 gchestnut mushrooms
  • 2garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 50 gbutter
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • Small handful of fresh thyme
  • Small handful of parsley, chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteGround black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the mushrooms into quarters.

  2. 2

    Heat the butter and olive oil in a saucepan.

  3. 3

    Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook on medium heat for 6-10 minutes. Once you see that the mushrooms have softened, add the Thyme and chopped parsley and cooked for a further 2 minutes.

    Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
