Make a mixture of suji by buttermilk, black pepper powder, salt, and ENO and mix it.

Rest it for 10 minutes.

Put the mixture in ldli stand which is paste by oil.

Now cook it in steem.

After 15 minutes put out the idli from stand.

Take a pan, put oil in it and make fry by adding curry leaves and mustard seed.

Put the fry on idli.

Now serve it with sambhar.
