Seive both the flour

Add salt ajwain and oil. Mix it properly.

Make tight dought with the help of water

Cover it and keep it for 1/2 hour.

Now make balls with this dough..

Roll it thick and prick it with fork.

Hot the oil.

Fry it in hot oil on medium flame till golden brown.

Crispy mathri is ready for diwali holi.
