1beef stock cube
2 cupswater
2 tablespoonsbrown onion powdered soup

Clean cow heels and put in a pot

Put water and cow heels in a pot to boil

When you see that is soft you add the carrots and soup mix together

Wait for 5 minutes then you can serve
