Break egg into a plate, add a pinch of salt and a little pepper, and whisk a little, then put a teaspoon of vegetable oil in a non stick pan and on low heat for a few seconds and add egg mixture, allow to dry a bit and bring two edges to meet at the middle and then use a frying spoon to turn up side down for the other half to cook fry for about 1min and set aside

Put desired quantity of oats in a pot, add water a little above oat level, add a pinch of salt and stir, put on medium heat and stir till mixture cooks and thickens, pour in a plate, add milk and honey.

Add bread to the ready dishes and enjoy!
