Add 1/2 tsp oil and 1tsp butter in a pan and add ajwain. After 30 seconds add 1/2 tsp garam masala and 1/4 onion and salt and saute well until onion becomes golden brown and then add paneer and mix well and after 2 minutes put off the flame and keep paneer aside.

In another pan add remaining oil and butter. Add cumin seeds,black pepper, cardamon and cloves. Saute for 1 minute. Then add remaining onion salt and fry onion till golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 2 minutes. Add tomato. Cook well. Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,nutmeg powder. Cook in low flame until tomato will be soft.

After coming in room temperature grind till still smooth.

Then add grinded masala with 2 tbsp water in a hot pan. When oil reduce add paneer. Cook for two minutes.

Add fresh cream. After 2 minutes add grated cheese.

Affter1 minute put off the flame.
