1 cuproasted moong daal
1 cupbottle gourd sliced
2-3bitter gourd sliced
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspcelery seeds
1dry red chilli
To tastesalt and sugar

Heat oil and temper celery seeds and red chilli whole

Add gourd slices and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add daal and mix well
4

Add water and pressure cook it
5

Finally add sugar and boil
6

Serve it with rice
