Steps

Heat a pan add 4 tbsp oil.

Add jeera, green chillies, Ginger,curry leaves saute for 1-2 minutes

Add diced potatoes saute 2 min.

Add, capsicum and matar and cook till soften the veggies

Add salt,red chilli powder,haldi powder saute 1 min

Soak poha in water for 2 min.

Strain poha and set gas on low flame..and add poha...in to pan

Cover pan with a lid...and turn off gas.

After 2 min remove lid.

Garnish with tomato,green chillies,and lemon wedges
