Ingredients

2 tbspground cumin
2 tbspground coriander
1desert spoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspooncayenne pepper (you can make the dish spicier with extra pepper and cook)
1/2 teaspoonmustard seed
1/2 teaspoonsground ginger

In a blender or food processor combine all the ingredients. Process to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container
