Marinate the egg deep fry

Add Potatoes and saute well till it become golden brown and keep aside

Add oil temper cumin seed bay leaf and whole garam masalas

Add masala paste and saute well till it release oil add salt and turmeric powder

Mix well adding red chilli Powder

Now add Potatoes and egg combine well adding wa

Simmer it a while

Add sugar and garam masala powder
- 9
Serve it with rice or chapati
