200 grammoong daal
1 cupgourd sliced
1 tspcelery seeds
2-3green chillies chopped
1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper celery seeds and green chillies

Add gourd slices and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add the washed and soaked raw daal
4

Mix adding water and simmer till the raw daal and gourd get soft
5

Add sugar and boil add coriander leaves
6

Serve it with rice
