Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan
  • 2onion chopped
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 tbspgreen coriander
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add besan and all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Except oil

  2. 2

    Mix it well add water make a cheela batter

  3. 3

    Grease oil on tawa pour this batter and shallow fry from both sides

  4. 4

    Serve with bread and tomato sauce
