Ingredients

  • 1 bowlblack Chane boiled
  • 2aloo
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 1/2 cuponion paste
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspginger Julians
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspChana masala
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspdry mango powder
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a cooker add onion paste and saute it.

  2. 2

    Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and spices saute till leave the oil.

  3. 3

    Add boiled Chane and aloo add water cover the lid take 2-3 whistles.

  4. 4

    Add garam masala and ginger jullian and serve with rice.
