Dry roast the vermicelli

Heat oil in a pan and add onion sliced saute it

Now add potatoes slices and salt. cook till soft the potato

When soft the potato add spices and saute it add roasted vermicelli and water

Cover and cook till absorve the water in vermicelli and soft the vermicelli

Add green coriander and lemon juice mix well
- 7
Serve hot
