Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgfull cream milk
  2. 1 cupsweetened cream
  3. 3 tspcornflour
  4. 2 tspvanilla essence
  5. 1 tspliquid edible green colour essence
  6. 1 packoreo biscuits churned to powder
  7. Few cherries and nuts for flavor and garnishing
  8. 8 tspsugar
  9. Pinchbaking soda
  10. 3 tspchocolate syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk.cook till it reduces to half.now add sugar and baking soda.again cook till it reduces to 1/3rd.let it cool.keep it in fridge to set for 5-6hrs.

    Take out the set milk (already frozen) and demould it in a big bowl.add cream.whip with blender for atleast 8mins on high.

    When thick consistency appears,add vanilla essence.

  4. 4

    Now divide the cream mixture in 3 equal parts.

  5. 5

    Mix chocolate syrup in one part.toss very gently.the air should not be reduced.

  6. 6

    In 2nd part,add green colour with cherries.

  7. 7

    For 3rd layer,sprinkle a good thick layer of churned oreo powder.spready plain cream over it nicely.

  8. 8

    Repeat the layers till your container is full.

  9. 9

    Garnish it with some more syrup,nuts and cherries.

  10. 10

    Allow them to set again in freezer for another 8hrs.

  11. 11

    Serve chilled!
