2sliced onions
2-3chopped green chillies
Handfulcoriander leaves
1/2 tspzeera powder
1 tspginger garlic paste
to tasteSalt
as neededOil for frying

Soak chana overnight or for 6-8 hours

Grind the black grams and add onions and other masalas

Take a lemon size mixture and fry in oil until crisp
4

Serve with sauce or chutney
