Firstly take the wheat flour in a big bowl.

Now mix the desi ghee properly untill no lumps is there

After proper mixing make the dough by using full fat milk or milk with malai as per quantity is given. If required you may add small amount of water. Dough should be divided into dough balls of required size.

Now dough balls is made like we put finger because there is no dough left unbaked inside

Now preheat the ghee for frying, and fry these dough balls at low flame,so that dough balls is cooked from inside

Cook till dough balls gets golden brown,now this is ready

Now break the dough balls into small pieces,then crush them by using mixer

After mixing,sieve

If some pieces are left then again use mixer,now after sieveing, mix the sugar or shakkar, according to taste

NOTE:-do all the process when the dough balls is little hot not cool.

Also mix the sugar immediately because sugar is mixed properly.

You can use sugar in crush form, according to taste,and also used sugar free,

Heating of oil should not be too much,other wise our churi will become bitter,these dough balls are cooked from only outside,and inner part is remain uncooked.shape of dough balls is not so much thick.

And quantity of milk is not more otherwise the churi will not become crispy or tasty
