In a pan on medium heat put vegetable oil, add onion, once it starts to brown add garlic and ginger paste, turmeric and fish masala stir for 30 seconds

Add in your tomatoes, stir and cover to cook so that it's easy to mash with the back of a wooden spoon to a paste.

Add salt and lemon juice stir. Add the fish balls stir gently add a little water and bring to a boil.

Add chopped coriander leaves and the green chili remove from heat immediately. Serve.
