Ingredients

3 servings
  • 15deep fried fish balls
  • 1medium size onion diced
  • 4medium tomatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 bunchfresh coriander
  • 1garlic clove paste
  • 1/4 teaspoonginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonfish masala
  • 2 table spoonvegetable oil
  • 1Fresh green chili(optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1lemon Juice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan on medium heat put vegetable oil, add onion, once it starts to brown add garlic and ginger paste, turmeric and fish masala stir for 30 seconds

  2. 2

    Add in your tomatoes, stir and cover to cook so that it's easy to mash with the back of a wooden spoon to a paste.

  3. 3

    Add salt and lemon juice stir. Add the fish balls stir gently add a little water and bring to a boil.

  4. 4

    Add chopped coriander leaves and the green chili remove from heat immediately. Serve.
